Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain Cyber Attendant digital attendance systems
Process M-Pesa transactions including deposits and withdrawals
Provide technical support to system users
Generate daily operational reports
Ensure compliance with company policies
Train new users on system functionality
Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Requirements:

Competent in computer applications and online services
1+ years of relevant experience is an added advantage
Strong technical proficiency
